Aleona Rei
Aleona Rei is a contemporary artist, photographer and curator whose practice exists at the intersection of visual art, psychology and artistic research.
Her work explores themes of female identity, inner human experience and transcendent perception. Using photography as a research-based artistic medium, Rei creates visual narratives that move beyond documentation and engage the viewer on an emotional and sensory level.
Her artistic methodology is grounded in research through art, where photography becomes a space for dialogue, contemplation, and personal experience. Through image, symbolism, and visual metaphor, she investigates the relationship between the visible and the invisible, the inner and the outer, the individual and the universal.
Alongside her artistic practice, Aleona Rei develops curatorial and interdisciplinary projects that foster dialogue within the field of contemporary art.
